1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VQuant Streaming Tools platform, APIs, or merchant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Merchant Obligations
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API keys and account credentials. All activities occurring under your merchant account are your sole responsibility. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Licence & Updates
Each plan is a one-time purchase granting a perpetual licence to the source code, for the number of production deployments listed on that tier. Updates are included for the window stated on your plan. Beyond that window, an optional monthly subscription — priced per tier — continues to deliver new releases into your codebase. Cancelling the subscription stops future updates; it does not revoke your licence or stop the version you already hold from running. The licence does not permit resale or redistribution of the source as a competing product.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use VQuant Streaming Tools for any illegal purpose, nor redistribute, resell or sublicense the source code. Sharing your licence across more deployments than your plan covers, or publishing the source publicly, will result in immediate account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided as-is. VQuant Streaming Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use it, including losses arising from how it is deployed, configured or integrated into your own systems.
